Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.
