We began by looking at what food we eat. We found that some foods are harmful and others are good for us. We now know that sugar can be dangerous because it can cause weight gain. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next we considered exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. Exercise makes us happy. There are many types of exercise that we can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Finally, let's talk about sleeping. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed.
